News in my cosmetic bag

Hi guys!

We've got beautiful spring already. Are you happy? Because I'm! During last few weeks I was so busy that's why here was a bit quiet. Today I'm going to show you few of my new beauty products.

1. First product is Clinique  blended face powder (£21 price). Mine is 20 invisible blend.
I bought it just because every time when I look at mirror my face seems to have different shade. I decided that transparent powder will be the best soultion for me. I'm using this powder for 1 month and I'm really happy. Once I finish this one I will let you know if I'm gonna buy next one.

2. Lirene foot cream with 20% urea ( 2 pounds price)
This is product which I bought during my holiday in Poland. I heard a lot about it on youtube so I decided that I have to buy. I always have big problem with roughness and I hope this cream will help me. I did'n open this product yet cos I have different one to finish. But once I finish this one I'll let you know what I think about it.

3. Bielenda hand cream (1 pound price).
If I bought foot cream, it was obvious that I'm gonna buy hand cream as well. I decided to buy this one just because was on sale. I will test it but I hope it gonna works cos I;m big fan of hand creams!

4. Brightening hot cloth cleanser from Boots (5 pounds price).
If you know Liz Earle hot cloth cleanser you must try this one as well! This is cheaper equivalent for Loz Earle in my opinion. I found out about this on youtube and I went to buy it. I tried Liz Earle as well but smell of this product was too insolent for me. When I tried this one from Boots I was in seven heaven :) The smell is really nice and this price...! What could I want more? Just try it!

I'm really happy because last few weeks I'm trying to use up all my beauty products which I have at home and DO NOT TO BUY anything unncessary. And I'm doing really well with my resolve :) Of course I still have many products but I'm really careful when I'm going to the shop.

Have you bought any interesting products in last few weeks? :)

Kisses,
Poly

Saving money tips #2: COSMETICS

Hi guys!
It's time for my second post about saving money tips. As everyone knows womens like spend a lot of money buying cosmetics. But it doesn't mean that we don't care about prices and saving moneys. I like to try beauty news every time when I'm going to the shop. There is always big temptation to buy new mascara, body lotion or something which I don't really need. Yesterday when I went to the shop I saw two cosmetics on a sale. It was a hair treatment and body lotion. Of course I put two of them to my basket and... and after few steps I decided take just hair product. Why? It's simple. I still have one body lotion at home so I don't need next on even if price is really, really good. Down below you'll find saving money tips which you might find reallu useful in everyday life.

1. Don't buy new products if you still have few differents at home.
I always had this problem when I went to the shop. When I saw sale I was buying many cosmetics and never used them. It's a big problem for most of us I think. If you see sale be carefule and resonable! Think if you really need new lipstick if you already have few at home? When you use up all your prodacts than you'll find many different sales to buy something.

2. Always cut your empty cosmetics boxes.
If you used up your body lotion cut the box. You'll be really surprised how many products is still there.

3. Looking for 3 for 2 or 50% off offers.
If it's time to fill cosmetics gaps try to find beneficial offer like 3 for 2 or 50% off. But! 3 for 2 offer might be a bit trick because it doesn't mean that you have to buy anthing else. Find out what you really need! This is really useful website if you're looking for good offers: http://www.hotukdeals.com/.

4. Swap or sale.
If you bought something which is inappropriate for your skin type sale it or swap with friends. You can use many different websites like: http://www.swapz.co.uk/, http://www.freebeauty.tv/beauty-swap-shop/.

5. Returns.
Don't forget you can return cosmetics! Once I bought foundation but was to yellow for my skin. I used it few times with differents cosmetics combination but it didn't works so I decided to return. I haven't any problems. Superdrug has friendly returns policy so worth trying.

6. Home made cosmetics.
You can always use products which you have at home to create beauty products. Just use your imagination. Here you'll find few ideas for home made beauty products.

I hope you enjoy my second post about saving money. If you find out something useful, please let me know and share you ideas how to save money in a comments down below! :)

Project empty boxes #1

Hi there!
I wasn't here for a while... I lost my motivation and I was really lazy. Few times I tried to post something but I couldn't. Today I realized that I have a lot empty boxes! I collected them to show you my first empty boxes project. I don't know why but it's exciting when you finish some beauty products. Can you feel the same or maybe I'm odd?! Haha. So moving on, there is everything what I found in my house to show you guys.

This is my best lip balm ever! Cheap, smells nice and I love it. I meantioned about this here.

I bought this facial wash when we were traveling to Spain. Just because of flight regulation about cosmetics capacity. I don't like it at all! I hardly used it up. Really! My skin was really tight after using this one, and I felt like my skin is still dirty. I'm not gonna buy it anymore!

I mentioned about this conditioner here and here.

It's the worst anti-perspirant I've ever had! Smells not really nice and doesn't work for me. I used it up as a air freshener :D

Garnier body lotion. Hmmm it's hard to say something about this product. Actually it wasn't really bad but it's wasn't really good. I bought it on sale so I just paid something like 1,50 that's why I don't regret but to be honest, probably I'm not gonna buy this one anymore because was too sticky for me and I like really light body lotions formula.

This is my best shampoo available in the UK! I love this smell, price, and my hair after using this product. It's my fourth or fifth bottle. I really recommend!

And I have to say again that I bought this shower milk because of sale. Probably I would never pay for shower gel more than 1 pound. I don't expect mirracles after using this kind of products. I just need nice smell and foam. That's why I'm not gonna pour into drains more than quid :) I will buy it in a future for sure...

This shower gel is my favourite because of smell. I'm aroma freak so it's the most vital things when I have to choose beauty products :)

This anti-perspirant it's definetely my favourite one! It does what it has to do, smells nice and is really gentle for my skin. Love it!

I don't like use body lotions but when I firts bought this product I felt in love. Why? Because of light formula which absorb really fast and I don't have sticky skin feeling. When I finished my firts bottle, I went to buy new and decided to take this one from picture. It was winter and I really hate cold. After using this lotion I was so angry cos I realized that this one has cooling effect! It was drama for me to use it up but I did. I still love this formula but next time I'm gonna read labels carefully :)

Neutrogena daily scrub. I really like this product. Every time when I used this one my boyfriend asked me: what's a nice smell? He really like it, so do I. This cosmetic is gentle for my skin, cleanses my face really good and lasts long. I'm gonna buy it one more time for sure!

Ufff... That's all of my empty boxes :)
I hope you are still here, read this post until the end. Please let me know if you used any of this products and what do you think about them? Now I can put all this empty boxes to the recycling bin and start collect new ones.
Hope you enjoy guys. Please left some comment down below :)

Spring cleaning!

Hi guys!
Spring is already here! That's why it's time to big cleaning. If I have a good day, I can clean everything. Actually I like to clean because if I see mess at my home, I feel really bad. Today I prepared few useful tips for big spring house cleaning.

1. Clean your wardrobe. Check if there is something which you don't use. You must be honest with yourself! If you didn't wear this black dress for a years, probably you not gonna do this anymore. You can sell or donate your spare clothes.

2. Throw out anything in your makeup bag that’s expired. Remember all cosmetics have a different expiration date. For example: mascara 3-4 months, foundation and concealer 6-12 months, lipstick and lip gloss 2 years, powder, blush, eye shadow 2 years. Don't forget to clean your brushes regulary.

3. Wash your window and shower curtains. Than clean you windows. You don't need to use any specific detergents. Mix water and vinegar (75% : 25%).

4. Wash your pillows and air out mattress. Spring is a good time for this. You can also use baking soda for freshen your mattress.

5. Clean sink and bath drains. Pour half cup of baking soda down the drain, next warm water. Wait few minutes. Pour cap of rock salt and run the warm water. Cut lemon into slices and put to the disposal, pour hot water on it. Lemon helps clean drain and makes them smell nice.

Don't forget about your favourite music :)

I hope this post will help you in a spring cleaning. I have refurbishment at home already so my spring cleaning still waiting. But I can't wait to start! Let me know your ideas for spring cleaning! :)
